Inclusion and Anti-Bullying
Beo tells the class the story from the booklet “Sou Diferente, e Daí?” (“I'm Different, So What?”) by Aline Campos, an autistic author and mother of João Victor, who is also autistic. From there, children talk about diversity, autism and bullying in their own words.
The story
Beo presents the booklet's narrative with voice and movement.
The conversation
Guided discussion: what each child understood by “different”.
The activity
A hands-on exercise in empathy and recognizing differences.
The photo
A class photo with Beo, cleared for the school and district to share.
The booklet goes home
At the end of the session, each child takes home the printed booklet.* That keeps the conversation going at home, with the family.
*Optional. By agreement with the author, printing is handled by the client. We provide the files and guidelines.

Logistics
No extra work for teachers
- One class per session, about 45 minutes, matching the active attention span of children this age.
- Small classes can be combined into one session, which helps schools with few students per grade.
- A Qiron instructor leads the whole session and operates the robot. The teacher stays with the class, as in any activity.
- The school only books the room, class and time. We bring the robot, equipment and materials.
- 3 to 5 sessions per day, across morning and afternoon.
